The Taylor Machine Work's TX4 Series of forklifts are 4WD and particularly designed for one specific job: moving material in the most difficult and harshest environments you could imagine. Some of the terrain these machines work in includes: mud, snow or uneven and rough environments. The TX4 delivers unparalleled performance and has become the leading choice for a lot of businesses.
The TX4 is not a front loader chassis with a fork attachment, like the more comparable articulated lift truck models. Instead, it is an articulated material handler specially and completely manufactured and engineered by Taylor Machine Works.
There are 3 different load capacities available. The TX4 articulated 4-wheel drive lift trucks provide the ability to out-perform the front-end loader lift trucks. Normally, so as to attain the same capacity from a front-end loader or forklift, the front-end loader or forklift must be larger than the 132 inch wheelbase which comprises the TX4 Series. The TX4 Series articulated 4WD forklifts are true rough terrain lift trucks. They were made to have no deration in full turns. Additionally, this unit is available direct from the plant with 11 feet of vertical lift.
Taylor Machine Works' TXB Series of rough terrain lift trucks are amongst the most powerful and very durable and highly maneuverable high-capacity rough terrain lift trucks available for the wood products industry. The only USA manufacturer that builds and designs rough terrain forklifts with 18,000 pounds to 30,000 pound rated capacities is Taylor Machine Works. Therefore, they have become the leader in this specific field within North America and have earned a solid reputation in this niche.
The TXB series of forklifts all come with a Tier Certified Cummins electronic turbocharged charge after-cooled or air to air diesel engine. Some of the standard engine features consist of engine/transmission protection systems and electronic diagnostic maintenance, less overall emissions, improved fuel economy and water/fuel separator.
The TXB series uses a modulated, 3-speed transmission, fully reversing powershift transmission. This transmission is also outfitted with a separate cooler for air-to-oil, electric roll shift control and inching ability.
Taylor has made numerous equipments to handle the harshest settings. These equipment could work at their optimum levels in some of the most difficult applications. They are both tough and dependable and made to last and accomplish the job in a timely and efficient manner.
