Our many years of experience in manufacturing high quality products and the overall designing process helps to allow our client's receive the proven technology their diverse applications require.

SMAG/Peiner has been represented by Peiner USA, Inc. for more than 12 years within the United States market place. Different industries like for example Scrap Handling, Steel Mills, Waste to Energy, Bulk Transfer Facilities and many other material handling facilities are presently depending on our buckets and grabs to accomplish their tasks.

Peiner's design philosophy has always revolved around the idea of producing grabs which handle the biggest volume instead of grab dead weight. Usually, the grab and bucket lifting ratio's meaning that 60 percent of material is dead weight versus 40 percent grab dead weight. This translates into moving more quantities of materials quicker. There is less wear and tear on the structure of the crane and its related parts. Through a combination of manufacturing with innovative design and high quality materials, the weight ration which is desired is obtained.

In order to suit the specific requirements of our clients' individual needs, grab sizes vary from less than 1 cubic yard to over fifty cubic yards. What's more, Peiner USA Inc. offers a complete service facility and spare parts facility for the units sold within the United States, as well as the addition of new buckets and grabs.
